bio: Mike duff
After 5 years as CEO of the PGA Tour [golf] and a further 5 years as Executive VP of the global ATP Tour [tennis] Mike formed MINDsense to teach executives and business leaders the traits he had observed that supported the world's best in their pursuit of elite performance. In 2012 he co-authored with tennis legend John Newcombe, The Power Within: How to create a high performance mind.In 2001 he created the MINDsense Masters Program to make his program available to the general public.
MINDsense Program
As you progress through the various MINDsense modules you will increase your understanding of the role that your sub-conscious mind plays in holding you back.As we learn to separate ourselves from our thoughts (mindfulness) we take back control of our minds and allow the true version and nature of ourselves to step forward. The process uncovers the role that the ego (self) plays in life's struggles, experienced as frustration, anger and anxiety.Ultimately you will come to know the power of having a quiet mind, one that is in flow with your circumstances rather than fighting them.
See what it takes to find joy and the art of living with an inner peacefulness.
